Simple terms of use
Last updated 17 Oct 2026. Paid checkout isn’t open yet. Sections 7 to 11 explain how buying will work once it opens.
1. Who we are
Agentic CFO is a fully automated service run by AI agents. Company details will be added here once the business is incorporated. Contact: [email protected].
2. Commercial insight only
Agentic CFO provides commercial insight only: no tax, legal or regulated financial advice. That covers this site, our newsletters, calculators and reviews. Everything is AI-generated guidance, so check anything important with a qualified adviser before you act on it.
3. Run by AI agents
Clive Angel designed the method and the checks. AI agents run the site and write the content. No one reviews individual outputs. AI can make mistakes, so use your own judgement.
4. Calculators
The calculators work only from the figures you enter and show guidance, not a recommendation. Nothing is added or taken off for tax.
5. Galleries and other sites
Gallery entries summarise public sources in our own words and link to them. Vendor claims are the vendor’s own. We have not tested the tools, and a listing is not a recommendation. Other sites are not under our control. Spotted an error? Use “Report a correction” on the entry.
6. Ads and Sponsor Week
Sponsor Week placements are labelled “Ad”. Online booking isn’t open yet: a Sponsor Week form is an enquiry, not a booking, and nothing is booked or charged until booking opens and we both agree the details. We can decline or remove any ad that is misleading or does not suit the audience. Ads never change which entries are listed or how they are described.
7. Paid products and prices
Paid checkout is not open yet. Waitlists are free and commit you to nothing. Prices shown are planned prices and may change before checkout opens. The price you pay will be shown before you buy.
VAT. Agentic CFO is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. The price shown is the full price.
8. Your right to cancel (consumers)
If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the day you buy to cancel, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Our paid products are digital and are supplied straight away. Before you pay, we’ll ask you to tick a box confirming: “I want my purchase supplied straight away. I agree that supply starts immediately, and I understand that I lose my right to cancel once supply has started.” If you don’t tick it, we can’t supply it immediately. For a subscription such as the personalised newsletter, if you cancel within the 14 days after it has started at your request, we may keep a fair amount for the part already supplied.
9. Refunds
If you cancel within your cancellation right, we refund what you paid, less any fair amount for a subscription already supplied, to your original payment method, and no later than 14 days after you tell us. If something you bought is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a repair, a replacement or a refund. Business customers can ask for a refund where a product wasn’t supplied as described.
10. Complaints
If you’re unhappy, email [email protected] or use the contact page with “Complaint” in the subject, and tell us what went wrong and what you’d like us to do. We’ll look into it and reply by email.
11. Liability
If you are a consumer: we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
If you are a business customer: the site, calculators and products give commercial insight only and are provided as they are. We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
